Bridgestone GP2 Series round seventh at Hungaroring / Qualifying / BCN Competicion
Agosto 1, 2008 – 2:52 am | por admin |2008/08/01 - A particularly hot qualifying session opened the Budapest weekend, seventh round of the GP2 Main Series Championship, and saw BCN Competicion drivers authors of good times on single sectors of the Hungaroring. The best performances however, were not on line with the ideal laps but showed anyway the high potential of the single seaters of the team.
Adrian Valles, sixteenth in free practice held this morning, will start tomorrow from the nineteenth position of race one (1′29”188).
Carlos Iaconelli, constantly improving his lap times, obtained the twenty-third place on the starting grid instead (1′30”220).
Weather forecasts schedule a dry race one, beginning at 15.00 (GMT +1) characterized by sunshine and high temperatures, conditions that can challenge a lot the athletic preparation of all drivers.
