Nico Rosberg:
Estoy contento con el coche aquí, en comparación con la última carrera en Malasia y creo que hemos vuelto a la normalidad ahora, que es alentador. La superficie del circuito se adapta mejor a nuestro coche, que a su vez hace que sea mucho más agradable de conducir. En las dos sesiones hemos hecho grandes cambios de set-up y creo que hemos ido en la dirección correcta. Hay una gran cantidad de pilotos en la parte intermedia, pero creo que tenemos una buena oportunidad de hacerlo bien este fin de semana. También ha sido muy positivo tener fiabilidad hoy, lo que ha significado mucho tiempo en la pista.

BAHRAIN GRAND PRIX - FREE PRACTICE
FRIDAY 04 APRIL, 2008

The AT&T Williams team had a productive three hours of practice time on track today, providing a good start to preparations for Sunday’s Bahrain Grand Prix. The team has benefited from a trouble-free day which has enabled the engineers and drivers to investigate some alternative set-up options early in the weekend.

Kazuki Nakajima:
Today we didn’t have any problems, so we could use all of the practice time which was great. Initially in the morning session, I struggled a bit, but in the afternoon, we made a big set-up change which was very positive. We have a bit more work to do tomorrow, but it is a good start.

Sam Michael, Technical Director:
We had a good first day’s practice with no interruptions from a reliability point of view, and that enabled us to get through a full programme of set-up changes, tyre work and checking cooling and brakes. We will now work on qualifying performance for tomorrow.
